About the Psychedelic Lens Artist, Erin Fox
Art and science have always been large influences in my life. However, creating a career which merges the two together took quite some time to figure out. I am a self-taught artist with a degree in atmospheric science and a certificate in Science Illustration. I decided to pursue art while presenting my research at the undergrad symposium at the University of Washington in 2013. It took seven years of developing my skills and completion of the science illustration program in 2020 before I started Psychedelic Lens, the business. My focus is to showcase and educate about the psychedelic beauty of the natural world, specifically of those who reside in the wonderful Cascadian bioregion which I call home. Psychedelic Lens was born in 2020, merging the psychedelic and natural worlds into affordable, sustainable, and educational art.
Everything is made in partnership with other small businesses which reside in the Cascadian bioregion.
